Any party wishing file a landlord/tenant case must contact and attorney who then may file the forms to the Union Vale Town Court. These cases are seen on the 2nd and 3rd Wednesday of each month.

Union Vale Court convenes on the 1st Wednesday of the month at 6:00 PM 2nd and 3rd Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. Entrance to the court is located  at the back of the Town Hall.

*Please note: Everyone is required to wear a mask, check in with the court officers at the back door of the court room and wait in their cars until they are called for their trial
